The Lost Realm is a text based MMORPG that’s free to play and no donations are required in order to compete with everyone else. You get to choose how to build your character by spending your daily mana (or energy) on a variety of things including:
- Praying to the god Carduzo to raise your stats
- Fighting monsters
- Battling other players
- Looking in the mines for gold and treasure
There are also lots of places to visit and interesting features available to customize your character such as:
- The Castle Caerleon where the evil King Rhobar rules from afar but offers special services to his loyalists
- A normal realm and an Outer Realm with enhanced stores and other specialty areas
- Building custom armor that provides more protection than normal armor but is not easily obtained
- Player Reputation which is gained from fighting with your peers and can earn you rare items
- Mounts that can be leveled up, rode, and equipped with armor to help you in battle
- Curses to get revenge on other players
