I'm just wondering why Graphic Artists, Web Designers, and Database Programmers do not adsirteve their small business in local Newspapers, Theatres, Mass Transit, and the like (eg AFFORDABLE, sustaining advertising). In my town, there are A LOT of these types of business, and very high quality, but none of them adsirteve. No one seems to know why, they say, Well, my competition doesn't, so why should I? I have the capital to adsirteve my Database Programming/Web Design company, I have a sustainability plan for the advertising for 6 months, and it feels odd to have no competition in these channels. Is it snafu? Is it a bad idea?$600/mo would go to advertising in three channels, sure it's a lot, but preliminary ad budgets in previous months show this would pay off.How can an idea make SO MUCH SENSE but no one is doing it?

Really, that suprises me. I boguht Driver San Francisco. Which came with a code to enable multiplayer, and parts of the single player as well. This was a one time code, so if I then traded this in, the person who boguht it would have to purchase the second hand game, then spend (i think) a310 for a new code.I think this has started to become more common place with games released this year, so, i suppose it depends on how old the games you have been buying. I still think its a very rocky road for the industry as a whole to take.As for the GFX, the good thing about the XBOX and the PS3, is that the longer they are out in the wild, the better GFX will get, as people get used to the hardware, and how to squeeze the best out of them. Plus the engines mature, and as the hardware doesnt change on a daily basis, people are able to really polish the GFX. They do tend to lose out, on Anti-Aliasing, and Antropic filtering, but, in all honesty, do we really need photo relasitc graphics to provide a good gaming experiance. I have always felt its the gameplay that should count.
